Display the Partners logos (& link when appropriate) on the following supports:
• Event brochure
• Website
• Main backdrop in Event auditorium
• Press releases
Distribute your publication (print) to the JOAC delegates (provided mailing in sufficient numbers to the venue (organized and paid by the Partner/Media).
Free access to the Conference.
Major discount on a 9 sqm stand – N2,000,000.- (+ shell scheme)

The Partner commits to:
a) Print media- (For Media Partners)
Editorial-(For Media Partners).
• Announce the Partnership with the JOF asap after signing the Partnership Contract
• (For Media Partners) Publish an article announcing the JOAC 2018 edition of the Conference in the September issue (or as close as possible)
• Nominate Speaker(s) for the JOAC by October ending – (For Government MDAs/Developing Partners/Private
Sector/Media Organization).
• Publish an article about the JOAC asap after the event- (For Media Partners)
Advertisement:
• Publish a half page advertisement prepared by the JOAC, that incorporates logos from the event’s partners and
practical information, in the September ‘18 issue (or as close as possible)
b) Online media:
• (For Media Partners) Announce the Partnership with the JOAC asap after signing the Media Partnership Contract
• Publish all press releases / Newsletters about the JOAC- (For Media Partners)
• Publish (in November ‘18) a feature prepared by the JOAC, that incorporates logos from the event’s partners and
practical information
• Duration of the Partnership: The Partnership is valid in 2018, and automatically renewed for the next year unless
otherwise specifically mentioned in writing.
